Focus brings beautiful time-management to your iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch and Mac. It helps you beat procrastination and be more efficient by working in intervals (Focus sessions). Focus is specifically tailored to the needs of extremely busy people. Focus helps you to get and stay productive so that you can reach your goals. And the pleasing design ensures that you’ll have more fun while working!
Working in Focus sessions is a highly efficient way to work. It is loosely based on the Pomodoro Technique but gives you more flexibility. Work is broken down into 25 minute intervals followed by short breaks. After four sessions, a longer 15 to 20 minute break is taken. This integration of breaks maximizes energy, stimulates creativity and promotes a sense of achievement.
Focus syncs all your sessions and tasks with iCloud to all your devices. If you start a Focus session on one device, you can easily pick up that session on another device to continue your work. Your tasks and activities are already there.
Additionally, Focus uses Handoff to make it even easier to continue your activity on another device.
Using Focus on your wrist seems like a natural fit. Build natively for watchOS 2, it's made for easy and lightweight interactions that lets control sessions and see your progress for the day. Furthermore, you can set and adjust your daily session goal. The Focus glance shows your daily achievement and a Focus complication shows the current session state on your watch face.
Focus combines a comprehensive set of features with a sophisticated sense of aesthetics, yet it remains simple to use. The following features put Focus in a class of its own:
Integrated task management
Today Widget (iOS) / Menu Bar Item (Mac)
Focus is exclusively available on the App Store and Mac App Store. It requires iOS 8 or later (iOS) / Mac OS X Yosemite or later (Mac).
"It’s a task manager and a time manager in one app, integrating the two in a way that makes clearing your to-do list a breeze, and it’s a must-have for anyone who finds themselves easily getting distracted or forgetting to take occasional breaks."

"This is a very nice app that fits beautifully into my work day. It looks great, is legible and clean, is intuitive and the Handoff support puts it over the top for me. Yes, there are many productivity timer apps out there. Focus is one you should definitely use."
"The first thing I noticed when I opened the app was how clean the interface is. [...] I was very impressed with the easy navigation and how quick I was able to get started. With an app whose purpose is to improve productivity, I thought this was a smart choice for the design.
I feel that Focus is a good option to help users be more productive with their tasks. It has a sound theory behind it and it really gives you the option to be able to concentrate on the task at hand." 5/5 Stars
